What are You Capable of, Actually?

Most people do what they can do, not what they are capable of. Most people are scared to push the limits. Most people when they challenge themselves to something, it is something they can do, but because they have never done it before stretch themselves just far enough to make it feel that they achieved something big. Here’s the truth.

If you failed at something you found what you are capable of. That’s where growth occurs. If you challenge yourself to do something that you can do you just realize something you can do. Not what you are capable of. We need to push the limit. Push the boundary and stop letting the concept of failure scare us off from actually trying. Yeah it sucks to fail. It sucks to try something and not get the result we want. But if there is something you believe in and want badly enough, keep chasing it and find out how capable you actually are.

When you push that limit, when what you can do transfers into what you are actually capable of,  you can look back on your progress with a happy heart. That’s where we grow, that’s where we change. So as we step into 2023 what is a part of your life that you are doing just what you can do? Where is somewhere you can push the limit towards failure, towards growth to figure out what you are actually capable of.

Sometimes figuring out what you are capable of means that you failed. But if you failed it means you challenged yourself and pushed beyond your comfort zone. You found the limit between what you can do and what you are capable of. Push yourself to be more capable and do more.

So what are you actually capable of?
